About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team and lead our end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, as well as plan, develop and deliver a contemporary talent acquisition service to divisions and departments across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Analyse data to measure recruitment metrics and make informed decisions

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
