Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Analyse data to measure recruitment metrics and make informed decisions
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment management
