Senior Healthcare Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who wants to make a real difference in the lives of older Australians, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being in a unique and supportive environment.

About the Role

This position involves working as part of a close-knit multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality person-centered care that prioritizes the needs and preferences of each individual.

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Your expertise will also be valued in contributing to care planning, developing relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals, and supporting Personal Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and chronic health needs
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, identifying opportunities for improvement and best practice
  • Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Support and collaborate with Personal Care Assistants to achieve seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years' nursing experience in Australia or New Zealand, preferably in aged care or community health
  • A calm, confident approach to caring for older adults with complex needs
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
