Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Indigeco Pty. As a key member of our Sourcing team, you will be responsible for processing Purchase Orders, conducting sourcing activities, and providing procurement advice and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase Orders accurately and promptly.
  • Conduct sourcing activities using platforms like Beeline, Guided Buy, and ARIBA.
  • Provide procurement advice and support to the business.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement Services, Solution Centre, and the Centre of Excellence to ensure high service standards and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate integrity, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • ARIBA/SAP experience preferred but not mandatory.

Working with Us:

  • Reports to a Team Leader within the Sourcing team.
