Our team is passionate about driving sustainable change. We're looking for a Sustainability Analyst to play a key role in shaping our emissions reduction & circular economy strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use data modelling and automation techniques in Excel, Power BI or Python to track environmental impact.
- Conduct lifecycle assessments (LCA), carbon footprint analysis, and support ESG reporting to drive sustainability initiatives.
- Aggregate data across the organisation to develop comprehensive sustainability reports.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability reporting standards and regulatory requirements to maintain transparency.
- Lead or support projects using agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement to integrate sustainability into business strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and support data-driven sustainability opportunities and initiatives.
- Develop reports, presentations and communications to convey sustainability insights to various stakeholders.
- Develop and implement circular economy initiatives in partnership with buying, sourcing, supply chain, and store operations teams.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data modelling and automation tools such as Excel, Power BI or Python.
- Experience with lifecycle assessments (LCA), carbon footprint analysis, and ESG reporting.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and circular economy principles.
- Familiarity with retail business environments & processes.
- Experience in agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement for sustainability initiatives.
- Awareness of emerging sustainability trends and active participation in industry discussions.
- Ability to convey complex sustainability concepts to various stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude and passion for sustainability.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, sustainability / environmental management is preferred but not required.
