We are seeking an experienced Depot Manager to lead the efficient and effective management of our asphalt operations in New South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety, quality, delivery, and financial aspects of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the safety, quality, delivery, and financial aspects of projects.
- Optimise financial performance through coordination, programming, and administration of contracting operations and obligations.
- Effectively lead and engage with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Manage day-to-day operations in rural and remote locations.
- Analyse, record, and report on project risks and mitigations applied.
- Provide regular reporting on project schedules, look ahead, and at-risk activities.
- Complete documentation for efficient costing, raw material management, and invoicing.
- Evaluate team effectiveness and coach team members to achieve superior performance.
Requirements:
- Intrinsic drive to succeed and inspire the team.
- Experience in managing contracting teams, customer relationships, safety expectations, and commercial aspects of projects or businesses.
- Commitment to Zero Harm and demonstrated safety leadership behaviors.
- Asphalt and Spray Sealing industry experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships and lead and influence people.
