About the Role:
As a Regional Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager for our Supply Chain and Network Team at WSP Global Inc., you will have the opportunity to apply your leadership skills, HSE expertise, and knowledge to develop and maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the development and implementation of a systems approach to HSE, providing accurate and timely HSE advice to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with people leaders and project managers/directors to foster and monitor a positive HSE culture within the organization.
- Develop and lead HSE risk management processes, facilitating their implementation and maintenance.
- Implement, monitor, and evaluate processes for investigating, analyzing, and reporting on incidents and nonconformities.
- Mentor operations personnel to participate in incident investigations.
- Manage injury/illness and claims management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate and engage with stakeholders to mitigate risk and optimize worker health and safety and environmental performance.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced HSE professional with a strong background in HSE management, risk assessment, and compliance. You will have a Cert IV/Diploma in OH&S or a tertiary qualification in HSE, and a proven track record of leading HSE initiatives and managing HSE services.
