At Gen Physio, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our community health team in West Melbourne.

As an Occupational Therapist with Gen Physio, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing assessments and interventions to support their physical and mental well-being. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote physical and cognitive functioning
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to empower them to manage their health

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
  • National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
  • Current driver's license
  • Ability to legally work in Australia

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of $90,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
  • KPI bonuses - earn extra income each month with our industry low KPIs of 22.5 billable hours - tiered bonus system
  • $8,000 annual vehicle allowance (or option of fully serviced company vehicle)

  • $2,000 professional development allowance & 3 days study leave
