Job Title: Full Time 2IC (Second in Charge)

Location: Cranbourne East

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a 2IC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our Director of Service and supporting the amazing team at our Cheltenham program.

As our 2IC, you will be responsible for ensuring the kids have an unforgettable time while in our care. This includes engaging with the kids through fun, inspiring, and personalized activities based on their interests and needs. You will also be responsible for helping ensure our program meets industry standards and regulations, being the friendly face parents can reach out to for questions or updates, and representing TeamKids at school events and assemblies.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent TeamKids at school events and assemblies
  • Help coordinate and run our action-packed school holiday programs

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes fun, is a team player, and has excellent communication skills. Experience in Before/After School Care, education, or youth work is an advantage but not essential. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and offer training and development opportunities to help you succeed.
