Job Summary

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Immutable, you'll have the autonomy to shape our SRE practices, team, and processes. You'll create a customer-driven SRE culture, influencing infrastructure, observability, and tooling patterns used across the organization.

About the Role

This role has a broad scope, impacting all work we do. You'll develop and release infrastructure as code, manage AWS Cloud environments, define SLOs, SLIs, monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices. You'll also set the bar for observability excellence within the organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and release Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistent and reliable deployment of infrastructure components
  • Manage multiple Kubernetes clusters supporting various internal and external use cases
  • Collaborate with the Security team to manage our AWS Cloud environment
  • Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices
  • Establish best practices for observability, ensuring real-time visibility into system performance and behavior
  • Mentor team members based on your experience and expertise
