Role Overview

As the primary point of contact for customers, you will provide exceptional banking services and support to ensure a seamless experience.

This role involves having in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice. You will also complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial situations and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Provide financial solutions and advice
  • Complete financial health checks
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant banking products

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
