Swim Instructor Position

We are seeking passionate and dedicated swimming instructors to teach various levels of our program across seven days a week.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver Engaging Swim Lessons:
  • Teach participants of diverse ages and abilities, following established curriculum and safety guidelines.
  • Provide individualised instruction and offer personalised feedback to help participants develop proper swimming techniques and build confidence in the water.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment, adhering to recognised safety standards and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to provide updates on progress, schedules, and any relevant information.
  • Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments, and provide regular updates to supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A swim teacher qualification from an accredited course.
  • A Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
  • An NSW Working with Children Check Clearance.

Candidates must be willing to obtain these qualifications prior to commencement. In accordance with Work Health and Safety legislation, successful candidates are required to be vaccinated for Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B.
