Occupational Therapy Lecturer Position

As an Occupational Therapy Lecturer, you will be part of a renowned program that shapes students into occupation-centred professionals.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with Purpose: Contribute to shaping occupational therapy education and research by implementing innovative teaching methods and creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Enhance Student Success: Lead and contribute to student success through an outstanding and engaged student experience, enabling all students to implement cutting-edge teaching practices.
  • Drive Impactful Research: Strengthen and grow our highly impactful research by collaborating with the Occupational Therapy team and building a strong research and publication profile.
  • Collaborate with Excellence: Engage and work with industry partners to co-design contemporary curriculum within accreditation standards.
  • Make a Difference: Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of diverse students and advance the profession of occupational therapy.

The ideal candidate must have a doctoral or masters qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing, and/or significant progress towards completion of a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline. Membership with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia is also required.

This is a continuing, full-time position primarily based at Griffith University Gold Coast campus, with potential opportunities for remote work. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
