Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the quality of design narrative, design development, and technical performance for specific projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Communication: Understand clients' design preferences, needs, and objectives.
  2. Design Leadership: Take responsibility for leading the quality of design narrative, design development, and technical performance for specific projects.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects and Senior Interior Designer in creating functional and creative CAD drawings, space planning.
  4. Material Selection: Select materials, finishes, and furnishings to bring designs to life.
  5. Design Presentation: Present design proposals and renderings to clients for approval.
  6. Project Coordination: Work closely with the procurement team to ensure material selection aligns with budget constraints.
  7. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and project progress.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. At least 2 years of proven experience in the design and construction of interior design and architectural projects.
  2. Experience of working with a collaborative, creative, and resourceful team.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of fit-out details, with the ability to take designs through to documentation.
  4. Strong understanding of the building and construction industry, including construction processes.
  5. Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and email).
  6. A portfolio sample that demonstrates your proficiency in interior design.
  7. A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is highly preferred.
