About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers, providing a warm and friendly shopping experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by offering personalized product recommendations and creating a welcoming store environment.
  • Maintain store presentation, ensuring a clean and organized store that reflects the Spendless Shoes brand.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Value Add Products (VAPs) and accessories to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
