Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and offering recommendations on beverages.
  • Show enthusiasm, energy, and pace in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Meet moderate to heavy lifting requirements (up to 17kg) and spend time on your feet.

Please note: An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
