Director of Service Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Service to lead our new service in the heart of Kew, VIC. This full-time, permanent position offers flexibility, including the option to work from home during admin hours.

The Role

As an Employer of Choice in the Outside School Hours Care industry, you'll have the autonomy to plan and deliver enriching experiences for children every day. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Becoming an active member within the school and local community, building a fantastic relationship with your school
  • Enjoying creative freedom to plan and deliver daily activities, fostering genuine connections with children and families
  • Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of educators, while managing rosters and maintaining high standards of compliance
  • Serving as the key liaison between TeamKids and your school community
Requirements

We're looking for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for working with children. You'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence and ease in building relationships with children, parents, and the school community
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage service operations
  • Enthusiasm and a playful spirit—you're not afraid to have fun while getting the job done

Estimated salary $80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
