**Job Description:**

This permanent role involves managing Accounts Receivable processes, playing a crucial part in maintaining strong cash flow across Boral. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure seamless transactions and effective credit limit, stop supply, and legal referral processes.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Management of collection activities on targeted accounts;
  • Liaising and reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders;
  • Building internal and external relationships;
  • Managing customer risk profiles;
  • Delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Contributing to building a team culture that encourages continuous improvement, collaboration, and achievement of team goals.

You will be an experienced credit professional, with a strong track record of working in complex organisations. Your ability to form positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, combined with your leadership skills and commitment to delivering results, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

  • Strong communication skills;
  • Solid ERP system skills in Oracle, SAP or equivalent;

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience), reflecting the complexity of the role and the company's industry standards.
