We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Quality Manager. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality and food safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, policies, and training materials.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Professional with a strong background in food safety and quality management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in quality operations, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to coach and develop quality teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
