Medical Technology Professional

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Technology Professional to support an innovative start-up conducting human trials in Australia. The successful candidate will have experience in biomedical engineering, human anatomy, and technical expertise.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with hands-on clinical, technical support, or device-focused experience to join a high-growth company at the forefront of medical device development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support during human studies, including device setup, calibration, and overnight monitoring sessions at trial sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Study Support: Deliver on-site technical support during human studies, including device setup, calibration, and overnight monitoring sessions at trial sites.
  • Technical Development & Feedback: Interface with engineering and product teams to share field-based insights and usability feedback.
  • Training & Documentation: Deliver hands-on and classroom-style training to site personnel on study procedures and device usage.
  • Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Science, or similar technical fields.
  • Proven experience in hands-on clinical, technical support, or device-focused roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years commercial or Clinical Research Trial experience.
