Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and qualified Lawyer to join our expanding Medical Law practice in our Epping Office. As a Medical Law Associate, you will work closely with an established team across a range of Medical Law matters and take carriage of a file load.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of a Medical Law practice
  • Provide clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice
  • Provide a tailored approach to clients to understand the context of their matter
  • Identify practical and innovative solutions for clients
  • Maintain and build new client relationships for the practice
  • Provide exceptional service to clients

Requirements:

  • Previous practising experience in personal injury law with a passion for Medical Law
  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
  • Ability to listen to, and empathise with clients and their families
  • Ability to exercise judgement & resolve problems expeditiously & satisfactorily
  • Superior organisational skills
