Seeking a dynamic pharmacy professional to join our team.

A key requirement is your ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience when interacting with the pharmacy. To achieve this, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing them with information about our products and services.

You will work closely with the pharmacist and other pharmacy staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes dispensing medication, answering customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of customer transactions.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work under pressure. You should also be able to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of productivity throughout your shift.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably within the pharmacy sector. You should possess a strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including dispensing medication, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
