Job Opportunity for Fashion Designers

This is a fast-paced position working alongside other design professionals and closely with various teams within our organization. As a member of the Design team, you will assist in trend research, mood boards, and seasonal concept development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with trend research, mood boards, and seasonal concept development
  • Research and identify key trends, items, colours for collections
  • Collaborate with designers to create computer-aided designs using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support the design team across the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final sample approval
  • Help prepare design presentations and range overviews
  • Manage and track fabric, trim and custom developments
  • Help manage and organise fabric swatches, trims, and lab dips, maintaining up-to-date resource libraries
  • Manage and track all incoming factory parcels, ensuring timely delivery, accurate logging, and communication with relevant teams
Requirements:
  • Recently graduated, studying or currently studying Fashion Design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic, high-volume environment
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging trends, brands, boutiques, influencers, and wider pop culture
  • Strong instinct for customer needs and evolving brand identity, with a clear understanding of the current fashion landscape
  • Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
