**Job Title:** Communication SpecialistAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing media relations and PR responsibilities. This includes handling local media enquiries and building strong relationships with journalists and influencers.We are seeking an experienced professional to join our communications team. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with global media policies, supporting crisis communication, and adapting press releases as needed.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles within PR or Communications. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and possess strong relationship-building skills.Responsibilities:• Media Relations & PR Responsibilities• Handling local media enquiries and building strong relationships• Collaborating on social media messaging with customer service• Supporting and executing Corporate Social Responsibility strategy• Communicating global sustainability messaging to stakeholdersInternal Communications:• Supporting Sales Market Communications activities including expansion, innovation, CSR, crisis, corporate communications, sustainability, and employer branding• Executing and following up on regional and global internal communications plans• Managing local internal communication channels and publishing content• Creating and distributing local news to employeesNetworking & Relationship Building:• Acting as a brand ambassador for H&M• Building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, celebrities, and opinion leadersRequirements:• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)• Strong relationship-building skills• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within PR or Communications• Proven experience in media relations, public relations, internal communications, and crisis communicationWhy You'll Love Working Here:• Attractive benefits and flexible working arrangements• Extensive development opportunities and a supportive environment
