In-Home Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an individual to provide in-home and community-based one-on-one support to a male participant, enabling him to live independently and maintain his dignity.
- Personal care will be provided, focusing on the individual's comfort and well-being.
- Support will be offered to access community resources and engage in social activities.
- Meal preparation will be handled with consideration for the individual's dietary needs and preferences.
- Communication skills will be nurtured to ensure the individual's voice is heard and respected.
- Support will also extend to daily routines, promoting consistency and stability.
- A NDIS Worker Screening Check will be required to ensure the individual's safety and well-being.
- A valid Driver's license and reliable transportation will be necessary to facilitate community access.
- First Aid certification will be essential in responding to any medical emergencies that may arise.
Friendly, compassionate, and respectful individuals with excellent communication skills are highly sought after. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate feels confident and prepared for the role.
