Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to support clients in their daily lives, enabling them to make informed choices and live with dignity.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to client-centered care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support services to clients in their own homes.
  • Assisting clients with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
  • Facilitating access to community services and facilities, promoting independence and choice.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Driver's License, own vehicle, and full Comprehensive Insurance.

Alternatively, candidates with relevant experience and qualifications may be considered.
