Are you a strategic leader seeking to drive business growth and transformation? Look no further As a Director of Technical Consulting Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Workday data, integrations, and AI initiatives across the EMEA region. Your expertise will be instrumental in linking these efforts into our global Workday practice and wider EPS initiatives.

This dynamic individual will oversee a team of expert managers, setting the strategic direction for these areas in conjunction with our Cognizant Workday Practice leaders. You will also collaborate closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads to ensure seamless communication and project success.

As a key member of our team, you will identify business needs, staff projects, and ensure that our consultants maintain a healthy work-life balance. Your exceptional leadership skills will drive high customer satisfaction levels and establish immediate credibility with clients and within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
  • Oversee and assist engagement/project managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk, and develop solutions and strategies.

We are seeking an innovative leader who can foster a collaborative, challenging, and innovative work environment. If you have 7-10 years of Workday (or other ERP) Technical Consulting implementation experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and proven experience leading a virtual team, we encourage you to apply.
