Preschool Worker Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Preschool Worker to join our team at our Private Day Nursery in LS16.

About the Role:

  1. Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, fostering their emotional and social development.
  2. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  3. Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a stimulating and engaging environment.

Requirements:

  1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or above.
  2. Previous experience working in an Early Years setting (preferred but not essential).
  3. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  4. Strong communication and team-working skills.
