About the Role

This position plays a key role in supporting the strategic growth of the property portfolio, involving market research, financial analysis, project management, and identification of new property and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to assess property investments, acquisitions, and development opportunities.
  • Perform due diligence, including market research, feasibility studies, and financial projections.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of property deals.
  • Provide ongoing support and analysis for property portfolio management and performance reporting.
  • Assist in negotiation and structuring of property deals, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property, Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in property development, acquisitions, or investment analysis is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of the Australian property market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
