About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.

This role requires a trade-qualified chef with a specialty in pastry arts, who can bring creativity and innovation to our dessert offerings.

Main Duties
  • Menu Development: Assist in menu development, bringing new ideas and inspiration to our pastry offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve departmental goals.
  • Food Safety: Maintain adherence to the Food Safety Program and food safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury hotel or commercial kitchen.
