Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

At First Steps Learning Academy, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our experienced team to plan, implement, and review a diverse and engaging educational program.
  • Design and implement daily routines that foster learning opportunities.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and interactive learning environment that promotes children's growth and development.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and contribute to programming, planning, and documentation.
  • Ensure a high level of health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Build strong relationships with families, children, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and share ideas.
  • Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Working With Children Check.
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a passion for working with young children.
