Responsibilities:

  • Safety Policy Development: Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Training: Provide training and guidance to site personnel on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with site personnel, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on health, safety, and environmental matters.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in modular or commercial construction.
  • Experience in achieving ISO Certification.
  • Ability to develop and expand on safety processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Experience using MYOSH.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and address complex safety challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
