Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Event Manager to join our team at Allied Global Marketing. This is a hybrid role that requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of large-scale events, including scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver creative and strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the conceptual development of programs and ensure their successful execution.
  • Source and develop vendor and freelance talent pools across the APAC region.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the marketing or events industry.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Ability to travel interstate and internationally as needed.
  • Australian residents only; no visa sponsorship offered.
