About the Role

Gamuda Australia Laing O'Rourke Consortium is seeking a skilled Site Administrator to support the Plant & Equipment team on the Sydney Metro West project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial records, including expenses, invoices, and purchase requisitions.
  • Assist with monthly reports and agendas.
  • Support the Plant team with administration and records management.
  • Update fleet meter readings weekly using the document control system.
  • Manage the project Plant & Equipment asset register, including maintenance records.
  • Assist the Plant Manager with capital purchases, registers, and payments.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably with Accounts Payable on large infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with the team, client, and stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of maintenance principles is advantageous.

About the Project

The Sydney Metro West project involves the delivery of 9 kilometres of twin metro rail tunnels between Westmead and Sydney Olympic Park, as well as excavation of new station boxes and earthworks.

The Gamuda Australia Laing O'Rourke Consortium combines global and local innovation, with leading expertise in delivering complex tunnelling and engineering projects.
