We're on the hunt for a seasoned Food and Beverage supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a leading hospitality organization, we welcome guests as they are and provide opportunities that match their unique personality.

Mercure Perth is a 127-room full-service property located in the heart of Perth CBD, offering multiple conference spaces and an indoor/outdoor F&B dining space.

Our Hop & Huddle Bar & Eatery is a vibrant gathering place where friends, families, and communities come together to savor exceptional food and celebrate life's moments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring our visitors have a memorable stay.
  • Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Recruit, train, and welcome new F&B team members and encourage them to live the HEARTIST way.
Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience.
  • Guest-obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate change and provide quick-thinking solutions.
  • Leadership qualities, maintaining high levels of communication with the Kitchen and Front Office teams.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager – essential.
  • Flexible with hours – able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Barista or cocktail experience is a bonus.
