An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced project lead to drive the implementation of a new ERP system, focusing on data migration, process changes and legacy system decommissioning.

This role will lead the project lifecycle, across multiple teams, ensuring the right implementation strategies are utilised to successfully deliver the project on time.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience leading and managing the delivery of projects, focusing on business transformations and technological changes, with demonstrated experience managing complex ERP projects with multiple integrations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary projects
  • Knowledge in supply chain and logistics, systems and processes including business process re-engineering
  • Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and plan and deliver suitable technical solutions

The successful candidate will be able to prepare reports, presentations and other detailed and strategic documentation related to project initiatives, support the governance process ensuring deliverables are compliant and present project updates to relevant stakeholders.

It is essential that the candidate can facilitate a detailed change management plan that defines specific goals of the new processes, to enable the successful implementation of the new ERP system.
