We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Houseperson to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for handling guest and employee enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, providing a courteous and professional service at all times.

They will also be responsible for monitoring and performing the daily rotation of housekeeping stock, performing routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel, delivering guest laundry promptly following high standards, and assisting with moving furniture for special room setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle guest and employee enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
  • Provide a courteous and professional service at all times
  • Monitor and perform the daily rotation of housekeeping stock
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel
  • Deliver guest laundry promptly following high standards
  • Assist with moving furniture for special room setups

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a houseman/room attendant in a 5-star hotel
  • Manual handling ability
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards
  • Good interpersonal skills
