Establish a Claims Team and Drive Results

  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality across all claim lifecycle stages.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating on initiatives that enhance customer service and support.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to equip team members with the skills needed to succeed.
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a leader within a team setting.
  • Background in case management to effectively facilitate outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary or relevant qualifications in health/social services desirable.
  • Ability to work with various IT applications.
  • Understanding of individual challenges.
