Cleanliness and Food Service Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and food service delivery in our Residential Care facility.
- This role involves assisting in waste removal, stock rotation, dishwashing, and maintaining clean work areas.
- You will also be responsible for food preparation, serving resident's food, and using commercial cleaning equipment.
The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, actively participate as a team, contribute to the coordination and cleanliness of the kitchen, stock room and surrounds.
Requirements- A pre-employment medical assessment may be required.
- In accordance with current health guidelines, you are encouraged to have all recommended vaccinations.
- Participate in an important behind-the-scenes function that enables great care.
- Work in a supportive environment with opportunities for development and impact.
This is a permanent and casual role available to support both our catering/kitchen and cleaning departments. Availability across morning and afternoon over a 7-day roster is essential.
