Job OverviewThis Fixed Plant Electrician role involves the safe application of preventative and prognostic maintenance on fixed plant and site infrastructure, including breakdown, shutdown support and modular type works within electrical teams. You will report to the Fixed Plant Electrical Supervisor and work on a residential roster.
Key Responsibilities- You will contribute to our safety and continuous improvement culture by demonstrating high standards of execution within your trade.
- Maintain a high-level working knowledge of safety processes.
- Inspection, servicing, adjustment, troubleshooting and repair of all plant and infrastructure equipment.
- You will have a sound understanding of maintenance management standards.
- Work effectively with other maintenance and production team members, including contractors.
- Proficiency with computer-based planning systems, ideally 1SAP & Fiori.
- Ensure accurate completion of documentation and data entry.
- Adequate application of corrective work to facilitate the Planning Process.
- Monitoring of asset integrity and compliance to statutory maintenance & inspection requirements.
- Strong commitment to the field management program and the coaching of activities.
- Australia recognized Electrical Licence.
- Current Australian manual drivers licence.
- Well-developed understanding of the operation and maintenance of Fixed Plant equipment.
- Experience working in Iron Ore Processing Plant is highly desirable.
- You will work well within a team to achieve outcomes.
- Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
