Brand Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic Brand Ambassador to join our team and embody the relaxed, coastal Australian lifestyle.

Our brand values honesty, cleanliness, and classic designs that feature high-quality textiles and timeless appeal. Our products cater to individuals who desire to create spaces that reflect their unique style and personality.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to manage client relationships, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. They should also be comfortable with change and willing to adapt to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate sales from quoting to delivery, including bi-weekly check-ins.
  • Meet sales targets both personally and as part of the broader team.
  • Ensure accurate logging of all required activities in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a presentable showroom at all times, including tidying up and performing tasks as needed.
  • Keep shared workspaces clean and organized.

This role requires weekend work, so Saturday and Sunday availability is essential.
