- Manage conflicting priorities effectively, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project objectives.
- A successful background in project management, particularly in healthcare, with a track record of delivering end-to-end projects.
- Previous experience leading clinical teams and managing stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and qualifications in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
The ability to lead a team and drive project goals forward will be fundamental to success in this role, driving business growth and innovation.
