We are seeking a talented Analyst to join our Infrastructure & Utilities team as it continues to grow.

This role involves driving project / deal teams, executing equity and debt financing, and participating in M&A transactions. The successful candidate will have experience in transport, infrastructure, power or utilities, or M&A.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as project / deal team lead, driving work product and transaction processes
  • Participate in the execution of equity and debt financing and M&A transactions
  • Perform in-depth financial, valuation, product and industry analysis, and due diligence
  • Prepare pitch books, client presentations and help create live deal materials
  • Build financial / three-statement operating/ leveraged buyout models
  • Attend client meetings as you build your network and experience
  • Help to generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding academic achievement, modelling experience and detailed market sector knowledge. They must be detailed oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • Investment Banking experience ideally within transport, infrastructure, power or utilities, or M&A
  • Outstanding academic achievement

  • A bachelor's degree plus 1+ years of investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, modelling/valuation or consulting experience
