Chief Information Security Officer

Our organization is looking for an experienced cyber security professional to safeguard our information and systems. This key leadership role involves leading technical capabilities, driving change, and continuously improving cyber resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead expert cyber security services, building trust and confidence in our digital environment.
  • Take on a leadership role in one or more areas: cyber security operations, governance, strategy, or program portfolio management.
  • Ensure appropriate security standards are implemented in accordance with government guidelines.
  • Propose and implement new security capabilities to meet organizational requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative and policy obligations.
  • Develop robust policy advice that supports adherence to security frameworks.
  • Lead cyber education initiatives to foster a positive security culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cyber security leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of application security, cyber governance, identity management, and other key areas.
  • Ability to drive change and continuous improvement in cyber resilience capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
