About the Role

This is a pivotal position that sits at the crossroads of client and product solutions, requiring a strong analytical mindset and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experts in developing award-winning business and marketing data solutions across the client portfolio.
  • Manage tasks, team, and client relationships to drive maximum value of client's media mix and new insights developed for smarter planning and business management.
  • Accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of executions and delivering insights that enable innovation in the work delivered at Essence.
  • Liaise with other teams and lead analysis setup and post-campaign reviews.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in data modeling/visualization/statistical analysis across a range of industries.
  • Degree from a top-tier College, 3.0 GPA or equivalent (preferably numerical).
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and 'R'.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze raw data, find insights, and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
  • High understanding of marketing campaigns, their objectives, and analysis of end of campaign results.
  • Experience working across either Media, Marketing, Consultancy, Business Analytics.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels within the business.
  • Ability to manage a small team effectively to bring out the best in their skillsets, motivating them to succeed, and keeping their focus.
