Job Summary:
The State of Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian Manager to lead the Food Services team at Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, education, and research in food services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level leadership and guidance to the Food Services team to achieve excellence in patient care, education, and research.
- Develop and implement clinical food service systems to align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Ensure alignment of Food Services and Nutrition and Dietetic services across multiple clinical specialties and settings.
- Facilitate clinical integration between corporate and clinical services to provide high-quality and cost-effective nutrition and food services.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership and management roles in food services or a related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of clinical food service systems and nutrition and dietetic services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
