Program Overview
  • You'll rotate across four organizations: OEM, NSP, Developer, and AEMO to gain experience across the full spectrum of grid connection engineering.
Key Responsibilities
  • You'll collaborate with senior engineers on power system modelling and simulation.
  • Analyze system performance and conduct incident reviews to identify risks and trends.
  • Develop and maintain software tools to automate technical studies.
  • Create technical reports and documentation that inform real-world decisions.
  • Contribute to cutting-edge projects shaping Australia's energy future.
  • Build relationships with industry experts and stakeholders across the sector.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (graduating before 2026).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Possession of a passion for learning and applying grid connection technologies.
  • Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program.
