Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and promote the centre's values.
  • Ensure accurate records of children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebration.
  • Prioritise the health and safety of all children in service, implementing strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum two years experience in a Centre Director role within an Early Childcare setting.
  • Current paid working with children check, current First Aid & CPR.
  • National Police Check (within 6 months).
  • Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
