Early Childhood Education Director

As a Centre Manager at Affinity Education, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial and quality targets.
You will have a strong focus on creating lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Additionally, you will mentor and support our centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification, strong experience in a Centre Manager role, a current Working with Children's Check, and experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
