Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and boost customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Skilled in leading and developing high-performing teams, you will manage a minimum of 3 direct reports and build a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams to create a new Customer/Participant Value Proposition and promote Aruma's service offerings and competitive advantages.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and champion Aruma's mission and values across the organisation.
  • Design and Optimize Campaigns: Design and optimise go-to-market plans, marketing collateral, and campaigns to position Aruma as a leading disability service provider that upholds human rights.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 12+ years of Marketing, Brand, or Communications experience with a digital focus.
  • Proven ability to handle marketing in complex environments with multiple products/services.
  • Expertise in rebranding or repositioning businesses or products.
  • Growth mindset, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capability.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of NDIS funding models.
