Job Title

This role offers a comprehensive training program as a systems specialist within our technical service and support division.

As a key member of a close-knit team, you will provide customers with ongoing and proactive technical support and advice through regular communication.

Based in Perth CBD, this position involves ad hoc site FIFO travel (35% in calendar year).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical: Assist in product and service implementation, provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting solutions to customer challenges, and partner with engineering and development teams to scope, test, and launch new products and features.
  • Operational: Monitor system reporting on customers' operations, perform quality assurance and control measures during the logistics period, and maintain, enhance, and adhere to documentation and reporting standards.
  • Customer Service: Act as a first point of contact to deliver investigations and diagnosis, facilitate ongoing competency training and value education to customers, and manage resolutions and discuss additional product integrations to optimise production.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong relations across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Adaptable and agile in changing environments
  • Comfortable entering underground mines
  • Unrestricted manual driver's licence
  • Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Valid Police Clearance or ability to gain such clearance

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in underground mining, ideally within mining equipment technology
  • High School Diploma or Certificate IV in Information Technology or related field
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • First aid certificate (desirable)
  • Prior experience facilitating training sessions
  • Ability to be customer-focused and solution-driven
